MAMAMOO's agency RBW Entertainment has postponed the group's upcoming concert '4season F/W' following the results of fan-submitted voting.

The agency announced the decision through a statement on November 16, posted on the group's official fan cafe. Accordingly, they also put a hold on the fan club-only ticket pre-sale which was scheduled for that day, adding that they would announced the revised sales schedule as soon as it was decided.

"We are sorry to have worried you during this time," the agency stated, referring to the circumstances that led to fans boycotting activities out of the concern of the members' health.

Meanwhile, no new concert date has been decided upon at this time.

It's nice that the fans care about their idols but this is going too far, they're not Mamamoo members' parents. And what about the fans who won't be able to attend the rescheduled concert because they had pre-booked travel plans?

This is not great. So fans have decided that the members need a break; if they do and this is what they want, that's all very well. But has anyone asked the members what they want? Do the fans trying to bully their company know or care about MAMAMOO's wishes? I suspect a lot of these faux-concern fans just see these grown women as dolls to play with. So what's going to happen now when a member dates someone seen as ~problematic~, or dresses in a way fans think is inappropriate, or if one member is seen to be getting more attention than the others? Looks like threatening to cut off their income works, so...

This should never have gone down a path of letting fans believe that threatening the livelihood of an artist is a way to get the artist to do what they feel is right. The only vote should have been MAMAMOO members being allowed to be honest about their state of readiness to perform the concert.
