The agency announced the decision through a statement on November 16, posted on the group's official fan cafe. Accordingly, they also put a hold on the fan club-only ticket pre-sale which was scheduled for that day, adding that they would announced the revised sales schedule as soon as it was decided.
"We are sorry to have worried you during this time," the agency stated, referring to the circumstances that led to fans boycotting activities out of the concern of the members' health.
