It's reported that the incident stemmed off from a tweet by the BTS fan. The fan tweeted, "I heard a customer bashing BTS while working part-time at a video rental store. I cannot forgive. I handle personal information, so I am capable of revealing the name, as well as their sexual preference."
After the threatening post went viral, the video store announced they're taking strict care of personal information, and the BTS fan part-timer is reflecting on their actions.
