On the October 14 broadcast of SBS's 'My Ugly Duckling', Kim Jong Kook and his manager underwent lengthy physical examinations!

Through various stages of his physical examinations, Kim Jong Kook impressed his mother and the other mothers of the 'My Ugly Duckling' cast by revealing that his body fat percentage was 8.5% - equivalent to a professional athlete. Afterward, Kim Jong Kook took part in an electrocardiography test by running on a treadmill. Unlike most people, the singer couldn't help but smile, happy to be able to exercise with "examinations" as his excuse.
However, when the time came for Kim Jong Kook to sit down with his doctor for an analysis, the doctor stated, "Because your body is made up of largely muscle, it lacks fluids; as a result, your body is full of excrement. Furthermore, you have high cholesterol due to genetics, and your kidney functions are unhealthy."
As for Kim Jong Kook's male hormone levels, the doctor revealed that the singer's range fell at 9.24. In most Korean males in their forties, normal male hormone levels fall in the 4 range. MC Shin Dong Yup, known for his high male hormone levels, revealed that his range was 7, admitting that Kim Jong Kook even beat him!
The MCs complimented Kim Jong Kook's mother, saying, "You have a truly magnificent son!"
