The former idol wrote on his Instagram on August 4, "Currently, the investigation team is discussing the assailant's sentence after the assailant admitted to all accusations of a violent one-sided assault. After reviewing the assailant's SNS claims, the investigator commented, 'It will end up being a fine for the assailant, it's pretty clear'. Furthermore, the investigator showed no sign of defending the assailant; and the case is entirely progressing as a one-sided assault."
Chibin continued, "I have also not received any monetary offers from the assailant, including any medical bills. The occurrence where the assailant and I were embraced in an attempt to split up the fighting happened after I was assailed in the head and face. Afterward, it is absolutely true that the assailant continued to kick me one or two times while I was in the arms of another person. The assailant claims that I began charging toward him while cursing; however, it is unimaginable when considering our oppressive relationship. It is not true."
Previously, after Chibin exposed ACE's violent assault to the public, both members decided to leave their idol group.
