On August 8, Jinhong requested help from fans on Twitter, writing, "Hello, this is Jinhong. As Hongseob shared, the two of us had our phones stolen. If anything is uploaded to social media accounts belonging to Hongseob or myself, please understand that it's not us. Be strong, Jinhong and Hongseob."
The 24K member added there were no CCTV cameras around their hotel and no witnesses. The only evidence left was a glove in the group's hotel room.
