The company claimed that the halt was the result of friction regarding creating a better product and business perspectives. The company admitted that it was taking long because many people had to be involved, and apologized to everyone including the staff and actors.
However, the company emphasized that the situation was not due to the staff not getting paid, but because PD Jang Tae Yoo cut off contact with the staff. They blamed PD Jang for asking for unrealistic additional demands, and as a result, the cost of drama productions exceeded what was predicted. The drama filming, until May 10, had only completed 25% of filming, but the company had spent over 60% of predicted costs.
Stay tuned for more on the situation.
