Oh My Girl's YooA revealed she heals through yoga in an interview for 'Cosmopolitan'.

For the July issue of the magazine, YooA's photo shoot fashion was centered around her bright red lipstick, which set off her outfits. The Oh My Girl member said, "I usually enjoy one-point lip makeup. I always wanted to try a strong color like red, and I'm glad I got to do that for the photo shoot today. It's fun to be on stage, but I think I'm excited to express a new side of myself in a pictorial too."
As for her regular makeup style, YooA revealed, "I usually don't wear any makeup. I think skin needs time to rest too. I also make sure to moisturize and use sunscreen. I've been doing yoga recently, and sweating while I quietly meditate has been completely healing for me."
