BTS opened up on their experience at the '2018 Billboard Music Awards', messages they would like to send through music, and more on SBS' '8 o' Clock News'.

In one of the topics during the SBS' '8 o' Clock News', BTS explained their decision to return straight back to their hotel rooms after the 'Billboard Music Awards' ceremony. j-hope said, "It was our fans who we shared with joyful hearts everytime we promoted an album. I think we wanted to celebrate and enjoy the moment with our fans through a live show (Naver's 'V-Live') in an afterparty style of our own," showing their appreciation towards ARMY.
They also spoke on taking photos with worldwide famous stars at the ceremony. "It was our second time at the 'Billboard Music Awards'. Because of that, we developed a close relationship with some people and having people come up to us to take photos and requesting to collaborate with us was so wonderful and was a huge honor," Jin said,
The anchor also mentioned how BTS take on social phenomenon/issues through their music. SUGA answered, "We wanted to share stories of present times and of people who are living in current times through music. It's a blessing for us to have a job/work that can give people courage and strengths on such issues."
Lastly, BTS thanked ARMY for the continuous support and love. V remarked, "We (BTS) are here thanks to ARMY." RM added, "We will continue to keep things we care about so place your trust in us." SUGA finished by saying, "I hope that we will be able to strengthen each other for a long time."
