Shin Min Ah is now a building owner.

According to a report by�Maeil Business�on May 15, Shin Min Ah purchased old buildings between the Samgakji Station and the�United States Forces Korea Yongsan headquarters for 5.55 billion KRW (5,153,203 USD).�

Shin Min Ah reportedly purchased the land near Hangang-daero�back on January 24. She also purchased the buildings on the land altogether for 5.55 billion KRW.�


A real estate expert commented, "The buildings consist�of old houses but significant profit is expected once they're renovated."
