Recently chosen as global endorsement models for LG, BTS starred in both a groupand 7 individual ads for the phone model. But! Only with their visuals, not their voices.
The electronics brand decided to use voiceovers for each of the members, even though the BTS boys aren't moving their lips. And the results? The ads had most ARMYs going "WTF??" when the ads popped up on their YouTube, Twitter, and other outlets.
Some commented, "So who else got excited when they saw the LGxBTS cf only to have a wtf moment when you saw it was dubbed in English..", "Why did they have to dub them... the cringe is real on that one", "I' DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE MY PHONE IS,' AGSJSL IM CRAKCINGUP", "That BTSxLG commercial got me off my neck, I die everytime I watch it, it's hella funny", and more.
