On the final episode of Mnet's variety series 'Finding Heroes: Geek Tour' that aired on May 22, singer Crush continued to follow the footprints of his role models Stevie Wonder and Chet Baker in California, USA.
One goal he hoped to achieve since the beginning of the show was to busk in a foreign country where no one knew who he was. To fulfill this wish, Crush finally sat down with a speaker and a microphone on the streets of Santa Monica!
The singer started out by sitting and singing quietly to himself on the streets, nervous. But as passer-bys praised him for his lovely voice, Crush gained confidence and stood up, continuing with the songs he prepared. Crush sang Chet Baker's "I've Never Been In Love Before", "Fly Me To The Moon" by Frank Sinatra, "How Deep Is Your Love" by the Bee Gees and more.
He wrapped up the busking performance successfully by singing one of his own, "2411". Finally, to bring an to his 'Finding Heroes' experience, Crush will be releasing a single "Stevie Wonderlust" as a tribute to Stevie Wonder on May 23 at 12 PM KST.
Watch Crush's busking clips above and below, and stay tuned for his "Stevie Wonderlust"!
