On the April 4 airing of MBC's 'Radio Star', LOCO confessed he's suffering from hair loss and said, "I had a lot of hair but I started losing it in my third year in high school due to stress. I believed my hair would grow back when I entered college, but I lost even more because I took an extra year to study for the entrance exam."

Even after entering college, LOCO continued to lose hair when producing music. He expressed frustration, saying, "I want to walk around with no hat so I thought about how I could cover up the scalp. My pride doesn't permit hair powders so I tried bleaching and it worked. For a while, I bleached my hair once in two weeks. But my scalp got damaged and I lost more hair."
