After NU'EST's Baekho�was cleared of all sexual assault charges, past cases of the head prosecutor are coming to attention.
Sadly, even after Baekho was cleared of all charges, antis claimed that Pledis Entertainment�had paid the prosecutor, or even that the head prosecutor was male and had been more lenient on the case. However, it's come to light that the head prosecutor Hong Jong Hee�is indeed female, and her past history makes it very unlikely that she would have taken bribery.
Her past cases include other celebrities, CEOs, and even judges. Previously, she has charged director Lee Yoon Taek�with sexual harassment, as well as singer Black Nut. Additionally, she also charged the CEO of a chicken franchise, the son of a senator who was a judge, and a Korean ambassador in Ethiopia all with sexual harassment.�
This makes it very unlikely that she would have taken bribery from Pledis Entertainment just to declare Baekho innocent, and her past cases have been brought to attention by various netizens - including those who aren't NU'EST fans.
