The new track by Big Bang became an issue as the Yongsan district made an inquiry to the Seoul Police on whether T.O.P had broken laws prohibiting public service workers from having other jobs.
Netizens pointed out the public service workers are not allowed to have any other forms of income or a job when on duty.

In response to the controversy, YG Entertainment stated, "Fans already know that the song has been recorded 2 years ago while working on the 'MADE' album and this fact has been shared to the public through the news. We do not understand why this has become an issue."
Currently, The Military Manpower Administration is investigating the issue.
