Returning with album 'OFFSET', the idol star described various topics, from her 'Produce 101' appearance and her debut with former group IOI.
A huge animal lover, Kim Chung Ha also revealed how she was able to cope with depression thanks to her pet dog Bambi prior to her debut.
"To be honest, I was able to treat my depression while taking care of my pet Bambi. I felt lost and dejected when the debut of the idol group I was preparing for fell through. And that particular team was very dear to my heart that I even declined offers from other agencies."
Kim Chung Ha continued, saying, "So I thought 'Maybe this field isn't right for me after all,' and I felt as if all my hard efforts and time were nothing but a total waste. I still had some lingering feelings and it was just a gloomy situation."

She then added, "Because of that, I didn't go outside often and just loitered around at home when my mom first suggested that I own a pet. So that's how I met Bambi," sharing how she was able to overcome her challenges with her precious canine by her side.
I often see stories like this. I also often read that people are ashamed to admit their depression or simply poor mental health. After quarantine, many learned about what it is, which is why I read a few posts on https://studyhippo.com/essay-e... and learned that almost all of us are at risk. Mental health must be as vigilant as physical health! I have subscribed to many blogs on YouTube and Instagram, to psychologists who broadcast very correct and healthy thoughts to their audience. I realized that it is very important to surround yourself with people, information, and things that you like and do not interfere with a good mood at all.
