When Hong Jin Young was asked if the hateful comments have decreased recently, she replied, "There are people who bring up plastic surgery, who just don't want to see me on TV, and who complain about my aegyo." The trot singer cooly continued, "But I can't stop something I already have and I can't just stop coming on air because they say so. Also, what am I supposed to do about plastic surgery when I already did it. I'll acknowledge their hate for that reason. See me in a good light; I'm working hard every day."
