On February 2, Big Star's label Brave Entertainment confirmed to news outlets, "Raehwan will be enlisting at the 22nd division in Ganwon-do's Goseong county this February 5. He will complete basic military training for 5 weeks, then serve as an active duty soldier."�
The Big Star member, who made his name known by appearing on KBS2's 'The Unit' until his recent elimination, also dedicated a handwritten letter to fans. He said, "I will be enlisting on February 5. First and foremost, I'm okay. I'm worried that our fans will be shocked by the news, and trouble their hearts worrying about me."�
He continued, "I was perplexed to receive my enlistment summon in the middle of 'The Unit', when I was busy and did not have time to think...
