Baekhyun apologizes and asks fans not to bother the individual whose phone number he publicized

On February 14, during an Instagram live, EXO's Baekhyun publicized the phone number of a non-celebrity who he believed was a sasaeng fan. 

However, it seems that he made a mistake and called out the wrong number, as the owner of the phone number which was named was not an EXO-L, a sasaeng fan, nor even knew how many members are in EXO. As a result, an innocent individual was bombarded with phone calls and messages full of hate, cursing, and more, from both domestic as well as international EXO-Ls. 

News of the mistake has reached Baekhyun, and the idol took to his Instagram again to write a word of apology. Baekhyun said:

"Please stop calling [portion of the previously named phone number]. He/she is unrelated to a sasaeng fan, so I ask of you. Please do not contact this uninvolved individual under any circumstance. No sort of contact at all. I beg of you. I hope that no additional victims will suffer from my mistake. And please, do not call me either."
