Plan A Entertainment acquired majority shares of independent label E&T Story Entertainment.
On January 25, Plan A Entertainment - home to various K-Pop artists such as A Pink, VICTON, and Huh Gak - stated that they took over acting management company E&T Story. It's revealed Plan A Entertainment acquired 60% of E&T's shares.

E&T Story Entertainment is an independent label under LOEN Entertainment and they have recently welcomed trending actress Kim So Hyun into their newly vamped agency. Taking over the independent label, it seems Plan A will be managing actors as well.
