MBK admitted, "It's true that we applied for a trademark for the name 'T-ara' on the 28th last month."

On the label that the incident was a '2nd B2ST incident', the label said, "The situation is different. For the B2ST situation, what we know is that the label did not give them permission to use the name after the members confirmed their future label. As a label, we want to protect the 'T-ara' label, and we believe that it's right that we can register it as a trademark."
