Seohyun and her 'Thief Mr. Thief' co-star Ji Hyun Woo appeared as guests on the January 17th show, where she was asked about her leave from her label of 15 years. She expressed on Girls' Generation, "We've been together for 10 years. The members discussed a lot of things together, and we each had our own dreams. There were also dreams we wanted to fulfill as a group as well."
She continued, "I wanted to live a more independent life. I worked hard as a celebrity, but I haven't experienced much as human being Seo Joo Hyun. I'm approaching 30, so a lot of thoughts came to mind. I wanted to look back on my life and thought about what I really wanted."
As previously reported, Seohyun, Sooyoung, and Tiffany left SM Entertainment in October of 2017. However, they're remaining with Girls' Generation.
