Singer Gil has denied he's currently dating a college student.

On January 9, media outlets reported Gil was in a relationship with a student from the Seoul Institute of the Arts' theater department. The former Leessang member's reps stated, "After confirming with him, we've found it's not true. He doesn't have a girlfriend right now. It must seem like a misunderstanding arose while people were drinking. Gil is currently overseas for personal reasons."
According to rumors, he met A at a social gathering when he was introduced to her by singer Jang Ki Ha, but it looks like nothing came of it.
In other news, Gil recently received a sentence for his third DUI.
