Actress Moon Geun Young breaks down in tears talking about how she used to hate herself

On January 5, Moon Geun Young appeared on EBS1's 'Time of Being Another' to sincerely share about herself and her peers. 

While describing herself, Moon Geun Young said, "I'm still far away (from myself). But compared to before, I'm trying hard to know more about me and get closer."

During a past interview with CINE21, a 21-year-old Moon Geun Young at the time was asked, "Have you ever had a strong hatred toward anyone?" To this, the actress named herself. Regarding this, Moon Geun Young said, "I no longer hate myself but during the time of hatred, I was so far away from myself so I'm still distant but I think I'm now seeing more of me."

She added, "As an actress, of course, there were a lot of times when I lived as a character but honestly, there were too many others in my life. It would've been comfortable for me to hate the others but I wasn't able to and ended up hating myself." Moon Geun Young continued, "But those things have changed and became more comfortable so those thoughts have gotten better. Instead of thinking about others, I want to think on my own, feel on my own, and live as myself."
