YG Entertainment spoke up on rumors about overseas touring as well as the promotions of the runner-up.

By the end of the show, 'Mix Nine' will pit the final 9 members of the female trainees against the final 9 members of the male trainees to determine which group will earn a chance to debut, in April of 2018. However, reports had surfaced that both female and male teams would be debuting.

On reports that the winning team would be going on a 20-30 city world tour, the label said, "The winning team will debut in April next year and start domestic promotions. We are planning a shocking overseas tour afterward, but it's just in the planning process. There is nothing confirmed about the number of performances or the time period."
