Go Kyung Pyo, Jeon So Min, Jo Jae Hyun attend first script reading for new tvN drama

On December 13, photos from the first script reading were revealed by tvN for their upcoming drama 'Cross'.


The new Monday-Tuesday series will star actor Go Kyung Pyo, actor Jo Jae Hyun, and actress Jeon So Min.  'Cross' unfolds with renowned doctor Kang In Kyu (Go Kyung Pyo) growing a strong sense of revenge as he goes back and forth between the hospital facility and prison walls. Meanwhile, Jo Jae Hyun will be playing the role of a doctor Go Jung Hoon who has a fairly positive mindset. The lives of both people are set to intertwine, leading to a series of unpredictable events.

'Cross' will be directed by Shin Yong Hwi who also created OCN's hit drama 'Tunnel'.  In addition, screenwriter Choi Min Seok, most notable for film 'Blind' will be responsible for writing the scenario.


The first script reading began with director Shin providing a brief introduction as he shared his thoughts on the new project for 2018, "I think this will be an exhilarating and interesting drama.  The entire staff, including the actors/actresses, will work hard to deliver high-quality content," causing many to anticipate the upcoming show.


tvN staff who were present at the meeting, commented, "The actors were full of passion and dedication when speaking their lines, following the director's guidelines."  And described how amazed they were by the chemistry from the leading cast.


Meanwhile, tvN's 'Cross' is scheduled to premiere in January 2018.
