Girls' Generation's Taeyeon is receiving criticism from netizens.

On November 30, the idol star shared a black and white video on her Instagram with no specific description. Based on her previous statements, it's assumed the video is a teaser for her upcoming Christmas album.

Her promotional activity is perceived negatively by netizens due to the recent controversy involving her car accident. With many rumors and controversial statements surfacing about the accident, many believe it's better for her to remain silent until the issue subsides. 

Criticizing the idol's "thoughtless" actions, comments stated, "Crazy. She would've become a murderer if it weren't for the two cars in front of her", "Super rude", "So shameless", "Wow, amazing..", "She needs to admit her wrongdoings, apologize, and reflect on her actions instead."

Meanwhile, there are other netizens who are defending Taeyeon and saying she doesn't need to apologize nor remain silent at all.
