The court previously already ruled in favor of the three artists' contract terminations in the first hearing, but also ruled that each member had to pay 50 million KRW (approximately 45,000 USD) for the termination for a total of 150 million KRW (approximately 135,000 USD) paid to Mafia Records to give their deposit back.
