Despite NU'EST W's success with their 1st mini album 'W, Here', some netizens are continuing to demand that member Baekho halt his promotions. Some netizens firmly believe that idol 'Kang', who previously received police summons for a sexual molestation investigation that has been reopened, is Baekho.

Since the reports of the reopened investigation, it's been revealed that Seoul police will continue the investigation based on the evidence provided, and 'Kang' may be summoned again to participate in the investigation. 'Kang's side also filed a counter lawsuit against the victim.

On October 20, news outlet 'Ilyo Newspaper' reportedly contacted Pledis Entertainment regarding the ceaseless demands from malicious netizens. A representative from Pledis said, "There is no current plans to release additional official statements regarding broadcast promotions, as there is no plans [for Baekho] to halt his promotions until the end of the police investigation. It's believed that the counter lawsuit against the person claiming to be the victim is still in process. Please be understanding, as the police investigation will determine everything."
