In the interview, he stated what kind of actor he wished to be, with, "I would like to be a warm sunbae for all the hoobae actors. I also received much help from my sunbaes. When I was taken back and didn't know what to do during unexpected situations, they helped me calm down and always gave me bits of advice."

Lee Jae Hoon elaborated on what he learned from working with Kim Hye Soo and Han Suk Gyu. For the former, he said, "I met her for the first time through 'Signal' and without myself knowing, I fell into Kim Hye Soo sunbae's atmosphere."
