Bolbbalgan4 revealed they cried their eyes out recording the track "To My Youth" from their most recent album 'Red Diary Page.1'.

Bolbbalgan4 were the opening act at the 'Youth Arena 2017' concert on October 28, where main vocalist Ahn Ji Young revealed, "There were a lot of people who said they related to 'To My Youth' from our recent album and cried. It's not just about puberty in terms of age, but it's supposed to comfort everyone going through growing pains and give them hope."
The duo continued, "'To My Youth' includes a lot of our actual experiences with puberty. Our puberty was spent trying to reach our dreams. When it seemed like we would fulfill our dreams, it wouldn't turn out how we thought. However, we couldn't cry out loud. When we recorded the track, we thought a lot about the tough times in our past and shed a lot of tears."
