Fans of f(x) have expressed their discontent with the agency and has requested a better treatment of the group by releasing an official statement.
It appears the frustration and anger stemmed from the lack of promotion of the group as the last time the group released an album was back in 2015 with '4 Walls'. In addition to the lack of music release, the canceled events amongst other things added fuel to the fire.
