10cm has dropped his MV for "Phonecert"!

The track is a part of 10cm's 4th album '4.0', and in the MV, 10cm puts on an eclectic phone concert for a lucky girl. "Phonecert", written and composed by 10cm, is about the excitement you feel around that very special person.
