While studying abroad in France, Stella mentioned how she dreamt of becoming a rapper while listening to Big Bang's songs. "While fangirling over Big Bang, I've decided to go for YG and with the influence of YG and their hip-hop based songs, I was able to naturally come across the genre of underground hip-hop."

Furthermore, she shared that her music has been greatly influenced by musicians such as Yoo Hee Yeol, Yoon Jong Shin, Jung Jae Hyung, and Lee Sang Soon to name a few. "Since I often listened to their music, my music style gradually led to 90s Korean pop music."
Stella also commented how she was a huge fan of Yoo Hee Yeol and hoped to make a guest appearance on 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook' someday and wished to perform together with Beenzino and Paul Kim.
Onto her ultimate decision in choosing a musical path, Stella explained, "I wanted to find true happiness..."
