According to an official from Yongsan Police Department, "Six people have been captured by the U.S. military. The MV director and filming director have been booked after going through an investigation with the U.S. soldiers. Shorty, Sangchu, and other staff members will also be investigated. The U.S. military has obtained the filming memo for the MV. They plan to check through the recordings."�

It's revealed that Mighty Mouth visited a U.S. military on August 9 at 10 a.m. Four staff members were with Shorty and Sangchu, and they filmed their MV at a basketball court located inside the military base and at the 13th gate.�

Entrance to the military base itself is not an issue, however, filming the location with a camera was deemed problematic.�

Regarding the issue, a rep from Mighty Mouth's label stated, "We've read the reports about Shorty and Sangchu. We're currently checking with them."�
