After making their successful comeback with 'Verse 2', they said in their interview, "Because we made a comeback as representatives of GOT7, we tried our best not to negatively impact them in any way. As we contributed in creating every song on the album, we wanted to show through this album that we are capable of telling our own stories as well."

The duo also revealed how they were able to maintain their friendship for the past 8 years. Jinyoung answered, "I think it's important to avoid doing things that the other person isn't fond of rather than doing things the other person likes. In that sense, I think we became considerate of each other since we both know what the other person dislikes."

JB added, "We always get along, but especially more when we're working. Whenever we work alongside each other, things fit well with whatever we do."
