On the August 23 broadcast of MBC's 'Radio Star', singer Baek Ji Young explained the rumors surrounding her 'intimidating' image.
When the topic came up, she firmly stated, "I've never hit anyone before. Because of such rumors going around, the hoobaes do seem to be more polite toward me."
She added, "I do speak up if I see someone messing around. I don't think it's right to just let that slide. I feel like it's my duty to correct them so they don't make the same mistakes elsewhere."
Fellow guest and good friend Cool's Yuri chimed in with, "We use the same waiting room, and if people are causing a ruckus or being too noisy, Ji Young goes out to say something to them... actually, neither Chae Ri Na nor Ji Young are intimidating. Their faces may seem a bit intimidatin,g but they both truly aren't scary at all," causing viewers to laugh.
