Dara and F.T. Island's Hongki discussed their overseas fame on the July 26th episode of JTBC's 'Let's Eat Dinner Together'.
Hosts Kang Ho Dong and Lee Kyung Kyu were afraid the two Hallyu stars' popularity would make filming difficult, saying, "Since we have two Hallyu stars showing up, fans could make it hard to film." However, Japanese passersby ended up mistaking Hongki for Jang Geun Suk, and the F.T. Island member explained, "Sometimes I get mistaken for Jang Geun Suk in Japan."
They also questioned Dara about her time as a celebrity in the Philippines and if she struggled with the language. She explained, "If you want to learn a country's language, date the people, and your language skills will improve drastically. I'm almost a native speaker."
