Dongjun's contract with his former label came to an end back in January of this year, but due to his schedules with his KBS drama 'Shine Eun Soo', he remained with Star Empire until filming came to a wraps. After a lengthy discussion, the singer/actor ultimately decided to part ways with the label.
Instead, Dongjun will now begin anew under Gold Moon, a label set up by ZE:A's former manager Hwang Jung Moon. The label told news outlets, "We have signed an exclusive contract with Dongjun, and will do our best with him from now on."
Dongjun is the 4th ZE:A member to leave Star Empire for a new label. The first was Kwanghee, who signed with BONBOO ENT; second was Siwan who signed with Plum Entertainment; and third was Hyungsik, who went with UAA.
Good luck to Dongjun under his new label!
