According to Seoul Central District Court, Ms. Son has now been sentenced 6-month penal servitude with a 2-year probation.
The court ruled that Ms. Son is guilty of pressing false charges while also continuing to provide false claims and defaming the character of Choi Go that also greatly damaged his image and career.
Through an exclusive interview with Sports World, Choi Go thanked fans for staying by his side and giving him support. He also apologized to fellow ZEST members for causing harm to the group's promotions.
Lastly, Choi Go stated, "I want to work again. I will not make a mistake like this again and I'm really going to work hard. I was so happy when I was preparing to debut and promoting as ZEST. I practiced and exercised all day so my body was tired but my heart was fulfilling. Recently, I've started practicing again. I'm working harder than I have during debut. I want to return as Choi Go who was full of energy and present an amazing stage."
