Jo Kyu Min first came to attention on 'Star King' a few years ago as someone who looked like G-Dragon. He also went on tours in China as 'Z-Dragon', who drew crowds only because he looked like G-Dragon.

He also often imitated G-Dragon on Instagram, following his poses and styles.

While imitating G-Dragon is not a crime, fans became furious when a tour for his concert used an actual photo of G-Dragon himself.

Not only so, he'd come out on 'Entertainment Relay' and impersonated G-Dragon for a while before revealing himself. (However, this was planned by the staff of 'Entertainment Relay' and probably not his fault at all).

He tried to explain through an Instagram message, "I'm not doing anything bad;; I don't go around saying I look like G-Dragon. First, I never pretended to be him in the China concerts. They used false advertisement that was completely different from my request. I was surprised [when I saw his photo]. I never imitated him first, and only did it when people asked me for broadcast or performances. I was just thankful to do it. I know it's love I don't deserve."
