Kim Hyun Joong has found himself in another controversy.
According to reports, a driver called the police in the early morning of March 26 after discovering a vehicle in front of him wasn't moving. It's reported Kim Hyun Joong was found asleep at the wheel with a blood alcohol level of 0.075%, which would result in an immediate license suspension.
On March 30, KeyEast Entertainment stated, "In the early morning of the 26th, Kim Hyun Joong had a drink with acquaintances around the area, and he received a request to move his car to another spot, which is why he was driving."

The agency added that Kim Hyun Joong had been lacking sleep due to concert preparations, and he hadn't been driving further than ~1094 yards (1km). KeyEast Entertainment further stated, "Whatever the reason, Kim Hyun Joong's license has been suspended due to drunk driving, and he's currently reflecting on himself. He will not let this sort of thing happen in the future."
In other news, Kim Hyung Joong was discharged from the military this past February.
