The actor said of her actress crush,�"I am close to 40 years old now. It has been 21 years ago, yet I still think about her every spring. I can just picture that fragrant-filled day."�It was revealed that Choi Min Yong even made contact with his crush asking her to appear on the show together.
He commented, "During our early 20s, we talked about what it would be like when we turn 40 years old. We wanted to cherish such a moment once again.�Unfortunately, she wasn't able to guest star on the show due to her busy schedule."
Choi Min Yong explained, "I randomly met her on the street when I was 19 years old. Then six months later, we bumped into each other at a script reading. I was not the main character then, however she was cast for the leading female role."
After expressing his emotions in a 2002 article titled 'Choi Kang Hee Please Accept My Love',�it was reported that Choi Kang Hee just saw Choi Min Yong as a�good friend.
Choi Min Yong is currently featured on 'We Got Married' alongside Jang Do Yeon.
