Yesterday, it was announced that Nada filed a lawsuit against the label due to lack of payment. According to reports, fellow Wassup members, Jinju and Da In, are also taking legal action for similar reasons.

In response, Mafia Records stated, "We're also preparing to take legal actions against the 3 members who requested contract termination." The label also explained that Wassup's revenues are still small compared to the investment costs. There's also claims that Wassup promoted independently such as going to events without notifying Mafia Records.
On the other hand, Nada expressed frustration on the phone with Star News, stating, "Mafia Records' claims are exaggerated. I'm so frustrated."
