According to the prosecutor's findings on January 18, all the accusations made by 'Miss Choi' is said to be false. Upon further investigation, Choi's claim of a miscarriage in December 2014 due to the singer's abuse back in May is all false information.
It has been reported that Choi's kakao messages regarding her abuse during pregnancy and miscarriage were all fabricated and used as a setup. Also, while she insisted she was pregnant, there was no such evidence. She took the opportunity to sue the singer, asking for a large monetary amount in damages.
Entering the military in May 2015, Kim Hyun Joong will be completing his duties this coming February 11. Meanwhile, the masses are keeping a close watch on how the defamation trial against Miss Choi will unfold on March 30.
