On the January 25 edition of MBC's 'Radio Star,'�Kangnam revealed that he was a landlord of a 5-story building based in Yongsan.
"It used to be my grandmother's property so we decided to build a house there," said Kangnam. �He went on, "I received a loan from the bank for the construction work." �When MC Yoon Jong Shin asked, "Are you living there now?" �The singer replied, "Yes, on the 5th and 6th floors." When asked,�"Who is taking care of the rent money?" Kangnam replied, "My mother is." �
The MCs continued to interrogate Kangnam, "Did you build the house with your own money?" �The singer replied, "Using the bank's money." Kim Gu Ra asked, "So you would have to pay them back later?" to which Kangnam replied, "Right." Kim Gu Ra then exploded, "Then it's not your house!"
