On January 23, the fan went to a police station in Seoul and filed the report claiming various rumors and hateful comments were made about the star.  A total of 30 netizens were accused of cyberbullying.  

Aware of the situation, C-JeS Entertainment is currently looking into the case.  Upon reviewing the hate comments, it has been stated that Kim Junsu and his agency agreed to punish without reason.

Meanwhile, the singer is awaiting his military enlistment on February 9. 

Netizens fired back at the agency and commented, "Reliable fans you've got there. What are you doing, C-JeS," "Haters will never get it together. Something must be done,"  "The fans are doing all the work. What's going on C-JeS?"  "They must be sentenced in court."
