Which K-Pop stars dominated Twitter's 'Top Trending Artists' list this year?

On December 6, the global social networking site revealed lists of top trends in movies, TV Shows, award shows, challenges, artists, as well as the most followed celebrities and more in the year of 2016. 

Several K-Pop stars proudly took up a few of the spots in these top trends, especially in 'Top Trending Artists'.

Out of the top 10, a total of 5 K-Pop acts put their names on the list. In fact, EXO beat Prince, Justin Bieber, and more, and took first place while Jimin of BTS followed next as #2. GOT7's BamBam was named #7, then BTS' Jin and Jungkook completed the list as #9 and #10, respectively. EXO also made it onto the 'Top Trending Topics in Music' list at #10 as the only K-pop group on the list, while in 'Top Trending TV Shows', we spotted 'Descendants of the Sun' as #4.
