Kim Ki Ri is using a pun to deny the rumor of him having an adult video. In Korean, adult self-cam is called 'mom-cam' (body-camera); 'cam' can also mean 'digging' in Korean, so the comedian's friends pretending to literally 'dig' his body is hilarious! He is also clearly saying that no such video exists.
Netizens are saying, "It's a very comedian way to handle the situation," "He's so funny," and, "If you don't have anything like that, you can be confident and funny."
