A person who abandoned his kitten heartlessly is angering Korean netizens. 

On one popular Korean online community site, a post titled, "Photo that makes cat people angry" was posted along with a picture of a Russian Blue kitten that is tied to a chair, shivering in the cold.

The note reads:

"Name: Royi, Breed: Russian Blue

Age: 8 months (born in March 2016)

If you want, you can have it. 

It's a very expensive cat. 

When it was very young, I bought one male and female, but when it got older, I realized that they're both male. Because males fight with each other a lot, I feel sad, but I will leave it here so it can play with cats outside or if there's someone who wants it, you can have it..."

People are commenting in anger, saying, "The person could have properly given it away. So irresponsible,"  "Poor Kitty," "Hope he finds a good home," and more.
