The police have arrested a man who sexually assaulted high school students inside of the girls' dorm in the city of Gumi in the Gyeonbuk district.

At around 2:20 AM on November 22, a report of a man who broke into the girls' dorm and molested two female students brought police officers to the site. The 30-year-old man, who disguised himself with a cyclist gear, mask, and a helmet, broke a lock on the door of the main entrance, went up to the second floor, and molested the students who were sleeping, police reports say. 

The man had been previously arrested for committing 40 small thefts in several cities in the past year, and the police were able to draw a confession from him about the break in after noticing that the description of the perpetrator -- small stature, walking stance, and a flashlight he was carrying -- matched the man at the time of arrest.
